When you think about growing your business, how do you go about brainstorming ideas? For me, I take a good hard look at the pain points of my clients. I let go of my ego and really examine if there are gaps where I could bring them more value to help them thrive. When you release your pride, you’re almost always able to see room for growth.
When you invest in your dream, it’s going to grow. And after discovering how much clarity and confidence the branding process can provide, it’s no surprise when my past clients (most of which become close friends) want to hop on a call with me when they are faced with a new decision in their business. As your thriving business evolves, you may want to pick an expert’s brain when it comes to elevating your packaging, opening a new location, launching a new product or service. There are always going to be new decisions as you grow and that just means you’re doing things right. And I feel honoured me past clients trust and value my opinion to help them navigate their growth.
BUT. In the past I had to set boundaries because there is only one of me and dozens of past clients. Investing so much unstructured time and energy into businesses that were no longer on my roster but occupying a ton of my brain and heart space was preventing me from being able to help new people and grow myself. This was challenging for me because boundaries are necessary for all businesses, but I also REALLY wanted to support my past clients who became family to me.
Hourly brand coaching sessions are now available so past clients can secure a time with my undivided attention and support. This means that I can be an ongoing member of your team, someone you can keep tucked in your back pocket to tap into whenever you need my expertise on deck. As your business grows, you’ve always got a professional in your corner, available to jump in and help you thrive. It also means that I’m able to schedule dedicated time for all my wonderful past clients and really pour my heart and soul into helping them grow, while still scheduling time for all the new businesses too.
You’ve heard me say a billion times, you need your village to grow a business. And while branding really empowers you, there is zero shame in receiving support. In fact, it shows great strength and leadership skills. Ask any successful business owner and I bet they’ll tell you they didn’t do it all on their own.
I’m so excited for this new way of being able to support you all and can’t wait to keep your business (and our friendship) growing.
